How a pilot runs
Send pairs, as many as you have
A raw recording and the video you published from it is one pair. Three is the minimum for a pilot; every pair beyond that is another lesson in where your editors cut, and the report tells you when more would still help.
Send the channel's own assets
Fonts, sound-effect packs, music, intro and outro, the names and nicknames that must be spelled right. They are packaged into your organisation's build, so every cut sounds and reads like your channel.
Get the report
A fitted organisation profile and the agreement report: precision against your own edits, chance beside it, and what the engine removed that you had kept, measured on pairs it did not train on.
Roll out, and keep feeding it
Members sign in with their Apple ID and receive the profile; the plan is set by contract on our side. Every new video you publish, sent with its raw, becomes one more pair; the profile is refitted and members get the new version at their next sign-in. Footage never leaves your machines.
How the learning works
No taste panel and no prompts: the profile is fitted on what your editors actually did.
Line up raw and published
Each published video is matched back to its raw recording, second by second. Now every second of the raw carries a label: kept, trimmed, dropped, or unknown where nobody can vouch for it.
Read what the editor kept
How long a reaction is held, what is thrown away, how a round or a topic is opened and closed, where the shorts came from, how captions are set. Those habits become the organisation profile, on top of the genre profile.
Check on pairs it did not see
The profile is fitted on some of your pairs and scored on the rest. A figure is reported only when it held up there, with the chance rate printed beside it.
Refit as pairs come in
Every new pair is added to the set and the profile is fitted again. The report shows whether agreement moved, so you see the profile getting closer to your cut over time.

We fit an organisation profile from pairs of your channel's published edits and their raw footage. It sits on top of the genre profile and moves the cut toward the channel's habits: how long a reaction is held, what is thrown away, where the shorts come from. Individual users start from the genre profiles; this fitting is part of a pilot contract.

Apple silicon made it fit in a laptop
Vision, speech and selection models that needed a server two years ago now finish inside a MacBook. Every minute processed costs us nothing, so the price can be flat.
Publishing is weekly; editing is the bottleneck
Streamers broadcast for hours and publish a fraction. The cut, the shorts, the captions and the sound are the hours nobody wants.
The pairs compound
Every raw recording with its published edit is a measured example. We collect such pairs per genre, fit the profiles on them and check them on pairs we did not fit on. In an enterprise pilot the channel's own pairs fit an organisation profile that becomes its house style.
Nothing leaves your Mac. Not the footage, not the audio, not the transcript.
The server does three things: sign you in, confirm your subscription and hand your profile file to your Mac. The app holds no key beyond the server's address.
With Apple silicon, all of this now finishes inside a laptop.
